By my application I confirm and acknowledge that I am participating in the event at  at your own risk  a na  own responsibility.

The organizer, all cooperating persons and persons connected with the organization of the race are not liable to the participants for damage to health, material or property that may occur before, during or after the event. Participants bear civil liability and legal liability for all damages.

By applying for the event, I undertake to abide by the principles  FAIR PLAY, behave  honestly, sportily and considerately  to your opponents, to your surroundings and to  nature.

If I am under 18  I will prove the written consent of my parents or legal guardian to my participation before the start.

I undertake to use all safety equipment that is given by nature  mountain  cycling (helmet, etc.).

I give my consent to the organizers or the person designated by the organizers who will manage the event in question, so that they can use all photos, videos, films, pictures and sound recordings from this event, before and after it to be further distributed by all available media for any purpose without restriction. , without compensation and without claim to any copyrights. Everything will be governed by § 12 paragraph 4 of the Copyright Act for the purpose of presenting this race, without any right of the participant to a reward.

I agree to the processing of my personal data for the purposes of the organizer and to the publication of name, surname, gender, year, team or city on the result list of the event.  The organizer undertakes to handle personal data in accordance with the law.  

By registering, I confirm that I know all the conditions for participation in the event and that I have filled in the data truthfully and completely.
